Contributions to the Committee to Elect Gary Hartong are not deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes. Contributions from corporations, business entities, NC registered lobbyists, labor unions, professional associations, insurance companies, or anonymous contributions are prohibited. An individual may contribute $6,800 per election. All contributions are required to be made with personal funds. All contributors contributing over $50 for the election must be reported with the full name of the contributor, address, employer and occupational information.
